Our paid customers have higher priority when it comes to bandwidth, and they enjoy best VPN bandwidth policy on the market. This means we have to limit our free users bandwidth from time to time. The minimum bandwidth for free users is 3mbit/s, but there is no static cap at all.
No. All payments are handled by external payment providers, and we do not log any personal information about you when you proceed with a payment. There is no way to connect your payment information to your VPN usage. You will always be anonymous with webVPN, even if you use a credit card!
