About the free plan

• Can I use webVPN for free?

  Yes, the webVPN Free plan is, and always will be, completely free. There is no trial period, and the Free plan does not require you to add a credit card or other payment method.

• Can I renew my free plan once it has expired?

  Yes, you can renew the free plan as often as you'd like. At the end of each month, you must wait 24 hours until you can renew your free plan again.

• What does best effort bandwidth mean?

  Our paid customers have higher priority when it comes to bandwidth, and they enjoy best VPN bandwidth policy on the market. This means we have to limit our free users bandwidth from time to time. The minimum bandwidth for free users is 3mbit/s, but there is no static cap at all.

• Do you log the activity of free users?

  No. Our system is not designed to log any activity. It does not matter which plan you use, you always benefit from our strict privacy policy.

Payments

• Will you log my payment information on your system?

  No. All payments are handled by external payment providers, and we do not log any personal information about you when you proceed with a payment. There is no way to connect your payment information to your VPN usage. You will always be anonymous with webVPN, even if you use a credit card!

• Which payment models do you offer?

  We offer regular one-off payments, as well as subscriptions. If you prefer not to subscribe, you can make a manual payment. We recommend a webVPN subscription, so you can stay protected and don`t have to worry about your account expiring.

• Do you provide discounts if I pay for a longer period?

  Absolutely! For those that pay for 1 year in advance, we offer discounts of up to 45%.
